Hi Michael, I recommend that you take her into see a veterinarian immediately if you have not already done so. The symptoms that you are describing are very concerning and if labor has slowed or stopped it could be life threatening to both mom and the puppies. There can be a few different causes for this including dystocia or difficult labor or even an underlying metabolic issue. Your vet can talk to you more about the cause of these symptoms and the treatment needed after they have examined her.
