Hi Ashly, I recommend that you talk to your local veterinarian about this question. They know your pet and can give you advice that is more specific to your pet's unique situation. In general, neutering can sometimes help with certain types of dominance behaviors or aggression. How much it can help will depend on the underlying trigger for the behavior. Your vet can get some more information from you about the behavior and work with you on a behavior modification plan that is specific for your pets. This plan may include neutering and medication along with training and conditioning exercises.
