With the change in size I recommend that you take your dog in to see your veterinarian. Your veterinarian can assess the lump and let you know the best treatment. Cysts can sometimes change in size if they are filling with fluid. However, it could be that there is something else going on, so a physical exam is the best way to proceed. Good luck.
