Hi Jessica, I recommend that you take your dog into see a veterinarian. Pain in the abdomen of dogs is not usually gas related. There can be a bunch of different causes for this and some can be serious. Your vet can talk to you more about the cause of the symptoms after they have examined your pet. They may recommend some lab tests and/or x-rays to help with the diagnosis. The treatment needed will depend on the underlying cause and severity of the symptoms.
