Pepcid may not be very effective and Immodium treats the symptoms but not the cause, which can be serious. How long has it been since she had a fecal exam performed? Is she up to date on deworming? If she goes in for her biannual visits your vet can help you answer these questions but I’d avoid immodium as there may be better options depending on the diagnosis.
