• I recently switched my cat from kitten food to adult food but she has thrown up a couple of times. Should I mix them? Do something differently? I have fed her blue buffalo rice and chicken kitten formula and switched to the adult version.

    Hi Lynn,
If the vomiting has continued, I recommend that you take her into see a veterinarian. Ideally it is best to slowly change her to the new food over the course of about a week. The vomiting could be due to the food change but if it continues then there may be another underlying cause that needs to be addressed. She should also go into see a vet if you have noticed any other symptoms like diarrhea, not wanting to eat or lethargy.
