Hi Joe, I recommend that you take him into see a veterinarian. The behavioral issues and the heart murmur are both concerning. There are other medications that can be used to help with the behavior issues but the one that will be best will depend on the individual pet and the trigger for the aggression. Your vet can work with you on a behavior modification plan that is specific to your pet. They can also talk to you more about the heart murmur and if he needs any monitoring or treatment for that issue.
