Hi Sergio, I recommend that you take your pet into see a veterinarian. A bad odor with the tears is concerning and can be a sign of an underlying eye of skin issue. Your vet can talk to you more about the cause of the tears and the odor after they have examined him. The treatment that he needs will depend on the underlying cause of both the tearing and the odor.
