Hi Katie, I recommend that you talk to your local veterinarian about these questions. The answers for the puppy food and running questions will depend on your puppy’s skeletal maturity. It is important to keep her on puppy food until she stops growing. The time of skeletal maturity will depend on the breed, age, weight, and expected size of your puppy. As for leaving her alone, this will also be best answered by your vet since they know your pet and her medical history.
