I recommend that you take your dog in to see a veterinarian and have him examined. Chicken breast and/or roast beef are not a complete diet for dogs and can be deficient in many nutrients. Some nutrient deficiencies can cause medical issues that can be life threatening if not addressed. Your vet can examine him for signs of any medical issues related to nutritional deficiencies. They can also work with you on getting your pet onto a complete and balanced diet and recommend any treatment including supplements that he needs.
