Hi Kristie, There are many factors that could be causing you to see worms in the stool after your puppy has been dewormed. I recommend calling your veterinarian to discuss what you are seeing. They may want to see a stool sample with the worms. The dewormer may not have been the correct one or you may be seeing the worms as they die. It also depends how long it has been. The veterinarian can help to guide you through these questions and determine the next best step.
