Dr. Dwyer was born and raised in Chile. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2014 and then earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University, College of Veterinary Medicine in May 2018. During this time, Dr. Dwyer received her certification in the clinical practice of elephants, aquatics and wildlife medicine from Chiang Mai University in Thailand. Dr. Dwyer has been with Banfield since 2008, and enjoys making her pets’ veterinary visits pleasant by being Fear Free certified. She loves treating patients as family and building strong client relationships, and she has a special interest in surgery, dentistry and internal medicine. When not working, she enjoys going on adventures with her husband and two children. Whether it is hiking, climbing, skiing, or snorkeling, she also loves coming home to the wagging tail of her dog Lulu and the snuggles of her three kitties.
