Dr. Kittie Clark was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. She graduated from Vassar College in 1990 with a B.A. degree in biology and later went on to graduate from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 1996. After graduation, Dr. Clark worked in Corpus Christi and later moved to Houston in March of 1997, marking the start of her career with Banfield. In September of 1999, she moved to Austin and has called it home ever since. Her hobbies outside of work include cooking, gardening, reading, yoga and horseback riding. For over 10 years, she has volunteered with ROCK (Ride on Center for Kids), a therapeutic riding and hippotherapy program. She is also a sustaining member of the Junior League of Austin. Dr. Clark lives with her 11-year-old black lab named Bubbles, a 9-year-old grey domestic short hair kitty named Audrey, and Seeley, a 6-year-old tortoiseshell calico kitty.
