A native of the western slope, Dr. Page grew up on a ranch in Meeker, CO and participated in 4-H and Future Farmers of America with livestock animals. Spending most of her youth working with animals, veterinary medicine was a natural career choice. Dr. Page received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 2008. After practicing in rural mixed animal practice for a year, she moved to Grand Junction and has practiced small animal medicine at Animal Medical Clinic since June 2009. Dr. Page loves preventive care and soft tissue surgery. She spends her non-veterinary days caring for her 2 small children, Amelia and Everett, and hopes to enter them in 4-H when they reach participation age. Her hobbies include church activities, hiking, running, playing piano and guitar, and painting. Her pets include an 8-year-old Australian shepherd/heeler mix (Chip), a 10-year-old, one-eyed Chihuahua (TD), and a sassy fat orange tabby cat (Milo).
