Q. Can I schedule an appointment online?
While you can’t schedule an appointment, you can request an appointment online by selecting your preferred location and choosing a date and time that works best for you. After the request is received, a hospital associate will contact you within 2 days to either confirm the appointment or schedule it for an available time.
If you already have a My Banfield account, you can sign in and request an appointment with your existing account information.
If you need urgent care during normal business hours, please call your pet hospital directly, and one of our associates will assist you.

In the event that you need to cancel an appointment, please call the pet hospital you selected, and one of our associates will be happy to assist you.

Q. How does the drop-off service work?
Optimum Wellness Plan® members can conveniently drop off pets for any visit and get back to their busy days. An associate at your preferred location will set up a pick-up time for the same day. To make this even easier, you can download the Patient Drop-Off form and fill it out before bringing your pet to Banfield. If your pet is not on an Optimum Wellness Plan, you can discuss drop-off options with your local hospital team.
