Shift Lead

Valerie is a dedicated Shift Lead at Banfield, having joined the team in 2023. She plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations through her responsibilities in reception, assisting veterinary staff, and conducting X-rays. Valerie is passionate about pet health, with a particular focus on vaccinating pets to prevent diseases. Outside of work, she is an animal lover who cares for a diverse group of pets, including a cat, a bearded dragon, and a leopard gecko.
