Tyler Pridgen, DVM

Dr. Tyler Pridgen, DVM, is a dedicated and passionate Veterinarian at Banfield Pet Hospital. He graduated from North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2025. Dr. Pridgen is dedicated to practicing evidence-based, compassionate medicine. He focuses on empowering owners with the education and support they need to make informed decisions that prioritize each animal's long-term physical and emotional well-being. His professional interests include companion exotic medicine, dentistry, and teaching. In his personal time, Dr. Pridgen cares for a wide array of animals, including two dogs, one cat, several fish, chickens, reptiles, parakeets, and even manages honey bee hives. His hobbies include hiking, biking, and beekeeping. Dr. Pridgen joined the Banfield team in 2025.
