Satheesh Chencheri, DVM

Dr. Chencheri has always been passionate about animals. He has been with the Banfield family since 2013. He has worked in multiple locations including Cincinnati, Ohio and Louisville, KY before moving to Minneapolis in 2017. Before joining Banfield he had worked as a medical volunteer at the Edmonton Humane Society and the International Donkey Protection Trust. Dr. Chencheri is a veterinarian with a lot of medical research experience. He pursued research in cancer biology at the Pennsylvania State University as well at the University of Louisville and has published numerous biomedical research papers. He is highly interested in small animal internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and dentistry. Dr. Chencheri and his wife, Deepa, have two daughters, Nandana and Harika, and the family enjoys the companionships of their guinea pigs, Toffee and Candy. During his free time Dr. Chencheri loves to read books, play tennis, and spend time with his family.
