Rossana

Rossana has been with Banfield since March 2008 and has loved every minute of it! She believes in providing the best client experience possible, as well as educating clients on the importance of preventive care for their pets, while developing her team members along the way. She is fully trained as a Veterinary Assistant and in anesthesia so she is comfortable with both quality medicine and business operations. Rossana also has a degree in biology and has studied animal science and environmental conservation as well. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her pets along with her family and friends.
