Dr. Natalie Carpenter joined the Banfield team in 2021 as a dedicated Veterinarian. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota in 1992. Dr. Carpenter is deeply passionate about partnering with pet owners to create the best possible health plans for their companions, and she places a strong emphasis on keeping her medical knowledge base continuously up to date. This dedication is reflected in her specialized certifications, which include being a certified Cat Friendly Veterinarian and holding a Feline Heart Health Certificate. Professionally, she is committed to offering compassionate care to both pets and their owners, with a special love for caring for feline patients in a gentle, kind manner. Outside of her clinical practice, Dr. Carpenter loves exploring Florida's beautiful natural areas and local wildlife. She is an avid native plant gardener, and also enjoys birding and fishing. At home, she is surrounded by her own animal family, which includes two dogs and two cats.
