With over a decade of experience at both Banfield and Mars Veterinary Health, Nona’s strategic vision and thoughtful care ensure we meet the evolving needs of our Associates so they can advance their skills, build sustainable careers, and be here for pets and pet owners as their empowered, authentic selves. Her priority is to always deliver a best-in-class Associate experience, and our P&O team supports transformation with operational excellence, so together we continue to expand access to veterinary care and model a more human, capable and connected practice.
