Practice Manager

Nicole has been with Banfield at the Winston-Salem location since 2013. She worked as a Client Service Coordinator, Veterinary Assistant, and Shift Lead prior to becoming the hospital's current Practice Manager as of 2021. She believes in advocating for animals, as the voice they don't have. She and her husband have been involved with rescue (primarily cats/kittens) since 2017 — tough, but incredibly rewarding. They have 5 animals at home. She treats every pet like they are her own and every pet owner like they are family.
