Program Manager Veterinary Standards
Morgan Taylor-Rakocevic, VMD, has been with Banfield Pet Hospital since 2017, evolving through various roles from hospital associate doctor to area chief of staff, area director of veterinary quality, part-time associate doctor, and now, program manager at central team support. She graduated with her VMD from University of Pennsylvania in 2016 and her MBA from Rutgers University in 2020. Morgan remains motivated by her commitment to building strong relationships with clients and staff, providing up-to-date education and patient advocacy, fostering a fun and positive work culture, and being a collaborative team player.
