Mary McCarthy, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. McCarthy has always been drawn to animals. When she was growing up, she would often bring home injured rabbits, birds, mice and squirrels to nurse them back to health. She volunteered at local zoos and animal shelters until she attended Lincoln Memorial College of Veterinary Medicine. During her time in school, she did veterinary relief work and animal conservation in multiple counties including South Africa, Belize, and Costa Rica. She loves working with every animal species including snakes, lizards, birds, and pocket pets.
