As Banfield’s senior legal counsel, Megan is responsible for overseeing all of Banfield’s legal affairs and risk management. This includes overseeing the legal, workers compensation, regional risk management, compliance and health and safety teams. With more than 15 years of experience in highly regulated industries, focusing in healthcare services, Megan has developed a deep expertise in identifying, evaluating and mitigating risks as a business advisor. She is dedicated to providing strategic legal counsel to the practice’s leadership team, supporting the continued evolution of Banfield’s governance and compliance programs, and ensuring our hospitals are healthy by creating a culture of safety for pets, clients and Associates.
