In her role, Melanie oversees all clinical operations and provides essential team leadership. She is deeply committed to developing a supportive and highly engaged hospital culture, one that empowers associates and ensures the delivery of exceptional care to every patient and their family. A true advocate for animal well-being, Melanie is passionate about providing affordable, high-quality preventive care. This dedication to animals fills her personal life as well. An avid enthusiast of classical horsemanship, she also enjoys bird and nature photography, hiking, traveling, gardening, and caring for her own large family of animals, which includes a dog, three cats, four horses, a bird, fish, a turtle, and a lizard.
