Dr. Liz Gunderson has worked at Banfield Pet Hospital since 2010. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2013. Dr. Gunderson's medical approach focuses on preventive care and internal medicine to help pets live healthy lives and support the bond between owners and their pets. Her professional interests also include building engaged hospital teams and improving the overall client experience. Over the course of her career, Dr. Gunderson has received several awards, including Field Director of the Year, the Be the Change Veterinary Quality Award, and the Outstanding Partnership Award. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, walking her two dogs, watching documentaries, and completing jigsaw puzzles.
