Dr. Kassey Van Gieson is a Chief of Staff at Banfield, where she has been a dedicated leader since joining the organization in 2014. She holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Kansas State University, graduating in 2012, and is Fear-Free Certified, reflecting her commitment to providing compassionate, stress-free care for pets.

Dr. Van Gieson’s professional interests include quality medicine, fear free practice, and soft tissue surgery. She is passionate about partnering with clients to build the best care that fits their families, ensuring that every pet receives individualized attention and support.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Dr. Van Gieson enjoys reading, camping, and participating in her children’s sports activities. She shares her home with two dogs and two cats.
