Julia Mutere, RVT

Credentialed Veterinary Technician

I was born in Kenya, raised in Ohio, and have lived in the Bay Area since 2014. I grew up owning cats, dogs, and even pygmy goats and pigs at a time. Technically, I share one elderly dog with my boyfriend, but I also help raise my parents' two young dogs. I started out my veterinary technician career working with wildlife, pet birds, and exotic pets. In 2020, I changed over to working with dogs and cats at Banfield Pet Hospital because they have always been my two favorite animals. It has been a pleasure joining the Banfield team.
