Jessica

Jessica is a Shift Lead who joined the Banfield team in 2012. Dedicated to clinical excellence, she is passionate about providing comprehensive medicine and thorough diagnostics to ensure every pet receives high-quality, attentive care. In the hospital, Jessica brings a wide range of clinical expertise—including anesthesia, venipuncture, general and dental radiography, and preventive care and nutrition consultations. As a Shift Lead, she plays a vital leadership role by mentoring team members, leading engaged training, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering a strong, supportive hospital team. Outside of work, Jessica is an avid creative and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys crochet, painting, jewelry making, video games, exploring nature, walking, and hiking. At home, she is a pet owner to two Shih Tzus and one bearded dragon.
