Heavenly Hougham

Heavenly is the Practice Manager of the Shawnee Banfield location. She attended Brown Mackie College where she earned an associates degree in Veterinary Technology and joined the Banfield team in her internship and never left! Heavenly has worked for Banfield for 6 years and has a special love for all the cats that walk though the door, big or small. When she isn't at work, she is spending time with her family and fostering cats that end up becoming part of her furever cat pack at home. She currently has 6 cats of all colors and sizes, and 1 dog who thinks he is a cat. Outside of her love of cats, Heavenly's favorite part of the day is spending time interacting with clients and participating in continuing education training with her team.
