Florian joined the Banfield Pet Hospital team in 2026 as a dedicated Client Service Coordinator. In his vital role, he focuses on creating positive connections with both clients and patients, ensuring clear and compassionate communication within the hospital team. Florian firmly believes in the importance of taking the time to show love and attention to every individual pet he meets, making them feel welcome and cared for from the moment they arrive. When he is not at the hospital, Florian enjoys reading, practicing dog training, and taking long walks. His passion for animals extends to his home life, which he shares with his own family of pets: one dog, four cats, and three turtles.
