Erika is a Veterinary Assistant who joined Banfield Pet Hospital in 2025 with a strong commitment to family-centric veterinary medicine. Focused on patient advocacy and client education, she works diligently to inform owners about proactive healthcare, ensuring that every family feels supported in managing their pet's health. Erika’s professional duties span clinical operations and client services; she serves as an Optimum Wellness Plan Advisor, coordinates surgical training, and assists in surgical procedures. Her role allows her to build lasting relationships with a diverse community of pets and owners.
