Emily Fitzgibbons, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Fitzgibbons is a 2008 graduate of the Kansas State University's College of Veterinary Medicine. She is originally from the Kansas City metropolitan area. After graduating, Dr. Fitzgibbons completed a one-year equine internship in upstate New York. She then moved to Maryland in 2009. Dr. Fitzgibbons has worked for Banfield Pet Hospital since 2009. She currently lives in the area with her husband, three children, and three pets ( "Holly", a Golden doodle, "Pi", a Siamese cat, and "Hammy", not surprisingly, a hamster). Dr. Fitzgibbons has worked at the Banfield Arundel Mills location since 2010 and is so happy to be part of this amazing team. In veterinary practice, Dr. Fitzgibbons has special interests in preventative care medicine, geriatric care medicine, endocrinology, and cardiology. She is also passionate about effective client education, team building, mentoring. Dr. Fitzgibbons strives to deliver exceptional client service. In her free time, she enjoys reading, music, spending time with my family, traveling, and exercising. Dr. Fitzgibbons looks forward to meeting you and your pet!
