Eileen Ferneyhough, DVM

Born and raised in Pretoria, South Africa. Spent 3 years in the UAE as an Ecologist before going back to SA for my Veterinary degree. Met my husband during Vet School and moved to Canada (Alberta) right after graduating. Completed all board exams while living in Canada. Worked in Emergency medicine for 2 years and worked a number of years in primary care practice. Completed my ultrasound course in Arlington where my husband fell in love with Texas. Moved to Texas soon after. I love diagnostic imaging, especially cardiac and abdominal ultrasonography. I feel that it is important to take extra care of our fur-babies so that they can live with us as long as possible and remain healthy. They are essentially a part of the family and a very important part of our lives. More than anything, I love spending quality time with my family.
