Candise Smith

Candise joined the Banfield team in 2012 and serves as Practice Manager. She is deeply committed to ensuring every pet has access to gold-standard veterinary care. Professionally, Candise takes pride in building strong, lasting relationships with clients, interacting directly with patients, and mentoring team members to help them develop fulfilling, long-term careers in veterinary medicine. She fosters a collaborative, compassionate hospital culture focused on high-quality pet care and outstanding client support. At home, Candise cares for a lively crew that includes one dog, one cat, and a bearded dragon. Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her children, playing video games, and unwinding with true crime shows or a great movie.
