Caroline joined the Banfield team in 2025 and currently serves as a dedicated Veterinary Assistant. In her role, she focuses on building positive, collaborative relationships between her coworkers and the pets in their care. Her core professional duties include assisting in veterinary surgeries and running critical laboratory tests to support accurate diagnoses and treatments. Caroline is deeply motivated by her vision of a compassionate world where every single pet is cared for and loved. When she is not helping patients at the clinic, Caroline loves to stay active by running and working out. She also enjoys exploring new recipes in the kitchen and spending quality time with her friends, family, and her own beloved dog.
