Courtney serves as a dedicated Practice Manager, having joined Banfield in 2016. Driven by her passion for exceptional customer service, she is deeply committed to fostering a world where pets can live happier, healthier lives. Outside of her professional endeavors, Courtney enjoys fishing, reading, and attending concerts. She also cherishes time spent with her family, friends, and her beloved five pets—two dogs and three cats.
