Credentialed Veterinary Technician
I grew up with a lot of animals including dogs, birds, ferrets, rabbits, ducks, geese, quail, and various other pets and had two uncles that were veterinarians. I've been in the veterinary field for close to 30 years. I started out as a kennel assistant and worked my way up to veterinary assistant and went to Veterinary Technician school. I decided I wanted to become a veterinary technician because I love the hands on aspect of the job, especially nursing care.
