Aly Lafferty

Aly joined the Banfield team in 2025. She enjoys working for Banfield as a Practice Manager and loves team building and support, customer experience excellence, and animal behavioral education (as the learner). Aly has seven pets: two dogs, four cats, and one horse. In her free time, she enjoys teaching riding lessons, riding her horse, and hiking/camping/paddle boarding with friends and family. Aly passionately believes in building compassionate, efficient veterinary teams that support pets, their people, and Banfield associates by empowering staff to deliver excellent care and strengthen the bond between pets, their families, and the professionals who serve them.
