Auston McIntosh

Auston is a native Texan, having lived in Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston. Having studied opera in musical theater, Auston joined the veterinary field in 2013 getting the bulk of his training as a Veterinary Assistant for Banfield. In 2017, Auston left Banfield to obtain additional training in critical care and emergency medicine working for a world-class specialty hospital in Houston, TX. In Houston, Auston developed multiple advanced skills like Nasogastric Tube placement, Central Venous Line placement, and more, where he was the Lead ICU technician. In 2022, Auston rejoined the Banfield Family as the Practice Manager in Frisco, TX. Auston has a passion for leadership, loves a cranky kitty patient, and teaching. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his 3-legged cat Tripod, seeing live theater and going to karaoke!
