After pursuing a career in secondary education, Allison discovered her love and aptitude for veterinary medicine. She graduated from the Community College of Baltimore County in 2014, and licensed the same year. After working in a large, busy private practice for most of her career, Allison joined the Banfield Ellicott City team in 2018. She has special interests in the areas of anesthesia and pain management, pharmacology, and surgical assistance. She resides in Baltimore with her husband, and her two mixed-breed dogs. In her free time she enjoys a variety of outdoor recreation, as well as playing and listening to music.
