• What are symptoms of the Lyme disease vaccine for dogs?

The things that you can see after a lyme disease vaccine include some soreness at the site of the injection. Your dog can also be a little tired for a couple of days. These generally resolve within 3 days. If these symptoms last more than 3 days your pet needs to see their veterinarian.

The major things to watch for include swelling of the face, vomiting or diarrhea, swelling at the site of injection, or passing out. If you see any of these signs your dog needs to be seen by a veterinarian immediately.
