    Chief of Staff

    Dr. Debbie Pettit is Chief of Staff of our Roseville Square and North Roseville locations. She is a graduate of UC Davis has been with Banfield since 2008. Her personal interests include costume design, riding horses/mules, crafting, and spending time with her family including her husband, two children, dogs, cats, horses, mules, goats, a leopard gecko, and goldfish.     Dr. Jennifer Weininger


    Dr. Weininger has been a part of the Banfield family since 2009, and feels lucky to thoroughly love her profession. She grew up in the Bay Area and started volunteering and working at shelters, veterinary offices and the Oakland Zoo. She earned her biological sciences degree at UC Santa Barbara and knew she wanted to dedicate herself to advocating for animal health, so she immediately started the road to a veterinary degree at UC Davis. Dr. Weininger fell in love with the region and ultimately started her professional life here. She has an amazing husband and feline child. More Details >>

    Dr. Adrienne Bautista


    Originally from North Carolina, Dr. Bautista moved to California to pursue her doctoral degree in physiology and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of California, Davis. After completing her PhD in 2005 and her DVM in 2010, Dr. Bautista practiced small animal general and emergency medicine in Sacramento and served as the campus veterinarian for a local Veterinary Technology program. She returned to the University of California in 2012 to complete a residency in Veterinary Toxicology focusing on food animal toxicology and neurotoxicology. Becoming board certified in 2015 (American Board of Veterinary Toxicology), Dr. Bautista returned to general practice in 2016 joining Banfield. Dr. Bautista is passionate about the field of veterinary medicine and looks forward to working with you and your fur babies to ensure that they live happy, healthy lives. More Details >>

    Dr. Eric West


    Dr. West grew up in Livermore, CA and attended UC Davis to complete undergraduate degrees in animal science, as well as neurobiology, physiology, and behavior in 2003. He completed his master’s degree in immunology in 2007 at UC Davis. Dr. West was then accepted into the dual PhD and DVM program at UC Davis where he pursued doctorate research work in comparative pathology studying the effects of the immune cells in traumatic brain injury. In veterinary medicine, Dr. West is widely skilled with an emphasis in surgery, dentistry, dermatology, preventive care, and internal medicine. He has 3 energetic boys that he loves to wrestle with and take outdoors for hiking and camping. He also has 2 well behaved Chihuahuas, Zoe and Lucy, and a beagle named Daisy that likes to get into mischief. He is an avid DIY home improver from bathroom remodeling to landscaping.     Dr. Kristina Netherwood


    Dr. Netherwood earned a bachelor’s degree in animal biology from UC Davis before attending and graduating from the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. After veterinary school, she moved to Mesa, Arizona to complete a rotating one-year internship and then moved back to California to be closer to family. In her free time, Dr. Netherwood loves hiking, backpacking, horseback riding, traveling and spending time with her two cats, Simon and Flash. She also participates in volunteer opportunities locally and abroad to help animals. More Details >>
