I recommend that you take both your cat and dog into see a veterinarian. Intestinal parasites can sometimes be passed between species including to humans. The best thing to make sure that they are taken care of is to diagnose the type of worm present with a fecal test and then treat for that parasite. An over the counter dewormed may or may not work. Your local vet can recommend the appropriate treatment for your pets.
