Hi Maryellen, I recommend that you talk to your local veterinarian about this question. The dose of the fish oil will depend on the exact product that you are using as well as the health and size of the cat. With your cat being diabetic, this can also affect the dose needed of either the fish oil or the insulin. Your vet knows your pet’s medical history and they will be your best advice on this.
