• We were given cerenia 24mg 4-tab pack for our 4 month old pug/Boston terrier puppy who is 10lbs. The sticker says give 2 tab every 24 hours but the insert says to give 1/2 a 16mg tablet for a dog her weight. That's a big difference in dosage so I need to confirm what to give her. We will be using it for car sickness.

    Hi Caitlin,
I recommend that you call and talk to your local vet about this prior to giving the medication. There is a wide dosing range for this medication when used  for motion sickness. Because of this range your vet will be your best resource on this question. They know your pet and her medical history so they will be able to confirm the dosage that will be best for her.
