I recommend that you take your dog into see a veterinarian immediately if you have not already done so. Sneezing blood can be a sign of a severe respiratory infection, toxin ingestion, injury, or an underlying medical issue. Some of these can become life threatening if not treated. Your veterinarian can talk to you more about what is causing her to sneeze blood after they have examined her. The treatment that she needs will depend on the underlying cause of her symptoms.
