• Shedding has become excessive is there anything we can do to stop it?

    Hi Annette,
I recommend that you take your pet into see a veterinarian. Excessive shedding can be caused by a few different things including a skin issue, allergies, or an underlying metabolic issue. Your vet can talk to you more about the cause of the shedding after they have examined your pet. The may recommend some lab tests to help diagnose or rule out certain causes. The treatment your pet needs will depend on the underlying cause of the shedding.
