Hi Dominique, If the diarrhea has continued, I recommend that you take her into see a veterinarian as soon as possible. Diarrhea like you are describing is concerning. It could potentially be caused by vaccines but there can be other causes for this as well incluiding infection, intestinal parasites, or another underlying medical issue. Your vet can talk to you more about the cause of the diarrhea after they have examined her. They may recommend some lab tests to help diagnose or rule out certain causes. The treatment that she needs will depend on the underlying cause and severity of her symptoms.
